International Shipping & Customs Duties

1. Delivery Policy

We ship internationally from Japan to destinations where shipping options are available at checkout.

Please note that some items may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries. Customers are responsible for confirming local import regulations before placing an order.

2. Combined Shipping

Multiple items purchased in a single order will generally be shipped together in one package.
If you prefer separate shipments, please inform us at the time of ordering. Otherwise, items will be shipped together by default.

3. Shipping Timing

Orders will be shipped promptly once payment is confirmed and all items are in stock.
If any item is out of stock, the order will be shipped once all items become available.

Please note:

  • Large or heavy items may be shipped separately
  • Payment is processed when the order is ready for shipment

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.
You can track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking number.

5. Import Duties, Taxes, and VAT

Import duties and taxes for supported destinations are calculated at checkout and included in the final total where applicable. For certain countries or products, additional customs procedures or carrier assessments may still apply.

Customs authorities may require additional information or documentation depending on the destination country and product category.

6. Refusal of Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
  • Failure to receive the package

The following will be deducted from the refund:

  • Return shipping cost (if applicable)
  • Original shipping cost
