Returns & Cancellations

●　14-Day Withdrawal Right (Switzerland & EU): Customers in Switzerland and the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Non-Returnable Items:

★　Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom-sized Tatami or Goza mats).

★　Food items (Instant noodles, snacks, etc.) for hygiene and safety reasons Import/Export regulations).

★　Items on final sale.

★　Even if you can import some items, you may not be able to export them.
In such cases, returns will not be possible. Please understand.

●　Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse in JAPAN.　Please be aware that international shipping from your location to Japan can be significantly expensive.

●　Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
