Organic Japanese black tea made from “Benifuuki” tea leaves. With the same level of
caffeine content as ordinary hojicha, it is safe to drink for those who refrain from caffeine intake.
Only the first tea leaves are used, and while retaining the original aroma of black tea, it has a mild taste that is delicious even straight
because it has little of the characteristic bitterness and astringency. It goes well with Western sweets such as cakes and cookies.
